Make work
work better.

I help businesses make customer experiences smoother, operations clearer and AI useful—with the people doing the work part of the plan.

BASED IN TORONTO.   PERSPECTIVE SHAPED WORLDWIDE.

THE WORK

Good ideas should
make Monday easier.

Start with the operation you have: its people, systems, constraints and customers. Together, we decide what to simplify, what to automate and where human judgment matters. Then we redesign the workflows, responsibilities and measures that make the change useful.

WHERE I CAN HELP

Less friction.
More progress.

01

Fix the friction

Untangle fragmented processes, disconnected systems and unclear ownership. Redesign the way teams, technology and external partners work together so the business can scale, enter new markets and deliver more consistently.

Operating models · Team design · BPO & vendor governance

02

Put AI to work

Build AI into the design of selected workflows, supported by reliable knowledge, clear permissions and measurable outcomes. Prioritize useful applications, test them in practice and expand only when performance justifies it.

AI readiness · Knowledge foundations · Workflow redesign

03

Bring your people with you

Define what AI can do, what people must review and when work moves to a human. Equip teams to handle exceptions, challenge outputs and improve the system—with a named owner for quality and a clear path to intervene.

Human review · Escalation design · Quality & adoption

WAYS TO WORK TOGETHER

A clear place to start.
A useful next step.

Clear scope, direct access and a defined decision at the end of each phase.

START WITH A CONVERSATION

Let’s untangle it.

A complimentary 30-minute conversation to understand what’s getting in the way, explore what you want to improve and see whether there’s a useful fit.

No obligation. We’ll agree the right next step together.

Fees exclude applicable taxes. Timing depends on scope, access and availability. Engineering, third-party software and travel are scoped separately. Every engagement starts with a written agreement.

HOW THE WORK HAPPENS

Skip the theatre.
Do the useful work.

Progress starts where you are. We build from your team’s capacity, the quality of your information and the outcomes that matter to the business.

  1. 01

    Understand the starting point

Map the workflow, friction, knowledge gaps and customer impact. Agree a baseline and the decision owner.

  2. 02

Design the work and the guardrails

Define what to simplify, automate or support with AI—and where approval, review and escalation belong.

  3. 03

Pilot with the people doing the work

Test a bounded change. Measure quality, effort and customer outcomes; capture exceptions and adjust before expanding.

  4. 04

    Build ownership and scale deliberately

Train the team, document decisions and hand over monitoring, intervention and continuous improvement to a named owner.

ANTHONY KRONSHAGE / FOUNDER

Anthony Kronshage

Experience across markets.
Focused on your business.

My work has taken me across Canada, the US, Central America, Europe and Asia—connecting customer experience, operations and technology across different markets and cultures.

Across retail, automotive, financial services and telecommunications, I’ve built teams, launched operations and helped turn strategy into everyday practice. That experience shapes how I approach your business: ask good questions, understand the local reality and build with the people who will make it work.

Unstuffy brings that perspective to the work in front of you. Clear thinking, practical change and a working relationship that feels human. You work directly with me, from untangling the problem to making the next step happen.

Where a project needs specialist technical delivery, we agree the expertise and scope before making a commitment.

BEFORE WE START

A few practical
questions.

Who is this best suited to?

Businesses with an existing operation, a clear need to modernize and a leader ready to sponsor change. You may be growing, navigating fragmented processes or working out where AI can create value. The first conversation checks the problem, timing and fit.

Is the first conversation free?

Yes. The initial 30-minute fit conversation is complimentary and carries no obligation. A diagnostic is a separate paid engagement with a defined scope and deliverables.

Do we need to commit beyond the diagnostic?

No. The diagnostic is a standalone option, not a required first purchase. You receive the agreed findings and plan whether you implement internally, work with me or decide to wait. If your needs are already clear, we can discuss a sprint or advisory engagement directly.

What does “building toward AI-native” mean?

Here, it means designing suitable workflows with AI as an integrated capability: connected to the right knowledge, with defined permissions, quality checks and human accountability. It is a direction of travel, not a claim that every task should be automated or that your business needs a complete rebuild.

What does human-in-the-loop look like?

A person reviews, approves or takes over at defined points—for example, sensitive decisions, uncertain outputs or unusual customer situations. We specify who intervenes, what triggers review and how the team monitors quality. The level of oversight follows the impact of the task.

Do you build the AI technology?

I lead operating design, opportunity assessment, adoption and delivery governance. Technical implementation and production engineering are scoped with qualified specialists when required. We agree those responsibilities before the engagement begins.

Can we work together remotely?

Yes. The practice is based in Toronto and designed for remote collaboration across markets and time zones. On-site work can be discussed and agreed separately.

How is confidential information handled?

We agree access and confidentiality requirements before work begins. Please do not send confidential business or customer data in an initial inquiry. AI use with client information requires explicit agreement and appropriate controls.

LET’S TALK

What’s getting
in the way?

A clunky process? An AI idea with nowhere to go?
Tell me what’s stuck. We’ll start there.
